Ocean Animals products are made to order by our print partner, Printful, the moment you place an order. Because nothing is kept in stock, we handle returns a little differently from a regular shop. This policy applies to every purchase made at oceananimals.org.
Damaged, defective or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at contact@oceananimals.org with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the item back.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because every item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, colour, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, email us before you buy and we will help you choose.
Lost or late deliveries
If your tracking has not moved, or the package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, let us know and we will replace it or refund you. Please check with neighbours and your local carrier first, since packages marked as delivered are occasionally left in a safe place.
Wrong address or unclaimed packages
If the address you entered is incomplete or incorrect, or a package is returned to the print facility unclaimed, we will contact you about reshipping. Reshipping to a corrected address is charged at cost.
Cancelling an order
Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us immediately with your order number. Once an item has gone to print we can no longer cancel it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges are refunded only when an item was damaged, defective, or lost.
